2021 Season

Before reading this please see previous post with information from athletic department.

Athletes and families welcome to the 2021 season, we are looking forward to the season ahead and would like to provide you with information for what will be taking place this summer. First, we ask that you check this blog daily (especially once the season starts) as any information pertaining to the team will be posted here. If you are checking this on your phone make sure you scroll to the bottom and click full web version so that you can utilize the tabs to the right; this is where links to workouts, schedule and other items are posted.

The first official day of practice will be August 16th however, before that there will be captains practice (information regarding that will be posted later this week). This will help the athletes get to know one another and a good introduction for those new to the program. (athletes do not need to be cleared for captains practice). We understand that it is the summer time and families have vacation, if you are away you will not be penalized however there will be workouts that you should do on your own as we expect you to come in shape. Workouts will be posted for all levels later this evening for all levels of athletes (Varsity, JV, freshman/new to xc) and they will be listed in the tabs to the right.
