Thursday Practice/Essex County Championships Meet Information

There is no practice on Thursday

Each athlete competing on Friday will be excused from their 7th and 8th period class. Report to Midland Ave immediately after 6th period. The bus will leave at 1:05pm.

Race Times:
Freshman Boys: 2:15pm
JV Girls: 2:50pm
Varsity Boys: 3:20pm
Varsity Girls: 3:50pm
JV Boys: 4:25pm

There is no practice on Saturday, you are expected to go for a 40min-60min run before 1pm (lots of stretching).

Super Essex County League Championships

Wednesday, October 5, 2016 we will compete in the SEC League Championship at Branch Brook Park.

The team will be excused from their 8th period class. Immediately after 7th period report to Midland Ave. The bus will leave at 2pm, no exceptions. In order to compete you must report to the bus on time.

Reminder - Practice and Competition

As discussed in the beginning of the season, 4 unexcused absences will result in no credit for the cross country season. You must also compete in 75% of the meets in order to receive credit as well. Consistency in attendance and effort is a necessity for successfully completing the season. We have approximately 6-7 weeks remaining in the season, it is imperative that you are present and active on a daily basis.
