Still need to get a physical? The final date to have one with the school doctor will be on Monday, July 16, 2018 from 9-11:30am in the Montclair High School main building nurses office.

Captains Practice and Additional Information
Cross Country Information
Attention!! All athletes who are in town for the summer, captain practices will take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 8am. Meet in the front of Woodman Field. Be sure to have breakfast, something to keep you hydrated, and a snack for after practice. Wearing light colored clothing is also helpful as well.
The Fleet Fleet Running series will also take place this month on Wednesdays in Brookdale Park. Let's show up and show out as a squad and have a goal of averaging the most Montclair High School runners at each event :-).
