State Group Championships

There will be a bus traveling to the state group championships at Holmdel Park tomorrow Saturday November 15, 2014. Please come and support your teammates as they compete. 

The bus will leave Midland Ave at 10:30am. The girls race begins at 1pm.

Cross Country Banquet Information

Fall 2014 Cross Country Banquet - food donations and volunteer signup

Hi everyone,

It's our pleasure to invite you to the Fall 2014 MHS Cross Country Banquet on Friday, November 21, from 5:30 to 8:00pm at the MHS Main Cafeteria. 

In the long tradition of our Cross Country and Track & Field program, this event will be a potluck dinner. The orange link above will take you to a sign-up sheet for food donations and volunteer signup. 

Please click on the link, look through the menu items and volunteer spots, and sign up to provide your mouth-watering specialty and/or offer your energies as a server or setup/cleanup helper. Feel free to sign up for more than one item if that works for you.

Important Information and State Sectionals Results

Congrats to the boys team finishing 7th overall at Group 4 North 1 state sectionals, compared to last year where we finished 12th. Also, congrats to the girls team matching last years performance finishing 3rd overall and moving on to the next round of states. Great performances all around and we're not done yet!!

There is a mandatory practice for the ENTIRE cross country team on Monday November 10, 2014. Please have your complete uniforms washed and in your possession to be collected tomorrow.

The end of the season banquet will be held on Friday November 21, 2014 from 5:30-8pm pm in the cafeteria in the Main Building. There will be more information in the coming days.

Thursday Practice

Varsity boys and girls practice tomorrow at 10am. Meet at Woodman Field. Freshman and JV you have off tomorrow. 

Freshman and JV meet at Brookdale Park at 2:30 pm on Friday. We will camp out in the same place as Counties. 

Varsity we will meet on Midland Ave at 8:15am on Saturday morning. If anyone would like to come to the meet Saturday to cheer on your teammates please email Coach Wallace.
