Just a reminder there is no practice tomorrow; athletes should do the bodyweight circuit posted below. Also, tomorrow Fleet Feet will be hosting a fundraiser athletes who are in need of waffles, trainers and general workout gear should attend, you will receive the team discount and 10% of all purchases will be donated to the booster club. This event isn't just for the athletes but friends, family and alums as well, when you go up to pay just mention Montclair HS Track/XC booster club. 


Repeat 2 times

1) 50 Jumping Jacks

2) 10 Squats

3) 10 Pushups

4) 50 Jumping Jacks

5) 10 Lunges ea. leg

6) 10 Pushups

7) 50 Jumping Jacks

8) 10 Reverse Lunges

9) Plank (30 seconds)

Take a one minute break and start over
