REMINDER TO PURCHASE TICKETS

Please find attached the MHS 2018 Cross Country Banquet Invite. With the funds from the Booster Club, All Athletes & Coaches will attend FREE.  Adults/Parents $20 per ticket, Siblings $10 per ticket, this will include dinner, dessert, soft drinks and ticket to win a basket of Cross Country/Track & Field Goodies. Please purchase your tickets no later than December 1. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door the day of the Banquet. NO ticket, NO entry.

NO PHYSICAL TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED.  WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR NUMBER ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT.  PLEASE CHECK IN UPON ARRIVAL. CHECK IN STARTS 6PM.

If athletes are planning on attending alone, Please have them email me directly as they still need to be on the list to attend and for catering purposes.

Groups

The bus for groups will be leaving at 7:30am from Midland ave. For those of you who have not returned uniforms or turned in money for senior and coaches gift you can do so after school on Monday at woodman field. Banquet date will be posted soon

Reminder

Hopefully you've all set your clocks back by now. This week athletes not moving on are asked to return their uniforms tomorrow after school at woodman field. Please remember your ten dollars as well $5 for Senior gifts and $5 for Coaches Gifts. If any of you are doing (or have friends interested in) winter track please check the track and field blog daily.

Magnificent Seven

Tomorrow's meet will be the last me for Freshman and JV athletes. The bus will leave from Midland ave at 2:45pm. Please keep an eye out on the blog and other forms of social media tomorrow for updates as there are thunderstorms and rain in the forecast. If nothing is posted then we will be going to the meet. Also, as specified today all athletes should return their uniforms on Monday after school and also bring $5 for senior gifts and $5 for coaches gifts. On Monday you do not have to practice but if you still want to continue training you can.
