There will be no practice tomorrow; athletes should do the following items below on the Nike App. The athletes who competed on Tuesday and Wednesday will meet at Woodman at 10am on Saturday all other athletes will have the day off.

3) Full body ignition
4) Cut to the core
5) Runner stability
6) Runner flexibility
7) Sunset stretch
