9/23

Due to the weather we will not be competing at the meet tomorrow. Freshman and JV should do the workout below; varsity will meet at woodman at 9am for practice. On Monday freshman and jv will have a virtual workout posted on the blog and we will all reconvene on Tuesday after school for practice.

Home Workout
3x20 jumping jacks followed by 6 rounds of the body weight circuit below. One minute rest after each round
1) 10 Lunges each leg
2) 5 Push ups 
3) 8 Lateral Lunges each leg
4) 10 Squat Jumps 
5) 20 Crunches
