Tomorrow everyone should go for a light 20-30 minute run followed by restorative yoga on the Nike training app.
For Monday everyone will be excused from 6th period and the bus will leave from Midland avenue at 12:45pm. Make sure you all wear layers, do not wear jerseys/competition shirt as a bottom layer. Pack it and put it on just before you run, this way it isn't sweaty before the race.
