Just a few reminders. Firstly, today is the last day to buy breast cancer shirts; we have a very large team however numbers seem to be down. The link will close tonight at midnight, this is a fundraiser for our team and the breast cancer society and we'd appreciate your assistance.
We as the Montclair High School Cross Country Team are encouraging all athletes to buy/sell at least TWO of our Long Sleeve T-shirts for $20 each. We will wear them throughout the month of October and would like the entire team, family and friends to wear them for the Essex County Championship Meet at Brookdale Park on October 26th.

Secondly, we will have our second invitational this weekend. Names of athletes competing and race times will be posted later this evening. As stated, if you are not at practice the day before a meet you will not be able to compete. This includes the invitational this weekend and if you are not at practice tomorrow you will not compete at Tuesday's meet.
