Saturday Workout

We suggest you do this workout in the morning while it's still cool

Warm Up 7-10 minute jog
Dynamics/Drills
Newbies: 30 minute run (non stop)
JV: 40 minute run (non stop)
Varsity: 1 hour run (non stop)
***do not run on concrete, find a trail or run in the grass***
500 abs
100 pushups
25 minutes of stretching

go on your own, meet up with you teammates, make sure you complete this workout.
