Practice Updates
Monday- be on time to practice (8am) traveling to Floods Hill in S. Orange for practice. Should be back to Montclair 10:30-10:45am.
Tuesday- be on time to practice (8am) traveling to Garrett Mountain for practice. Should be back to Montclair 10:30am.
Wednesday and Thursday - meet at Brookdale at 7am for practice, please arrange transportation to and from the park
Friday - report to Woodman Field at 7am we will travel to Holmdel Park (Holmdel, NJ) for practice we will try and return by 10:45-11am.
There is no practice Saturday and Labor Day, workouts will be posted for you to complete on those days.
Reminder you must have 7 practices complete in order to compete in the first meets of the season. Thank you to all who have reached out to let me know you will be away.
We have send a mass email to all parents/guardians. If you have not received an email from Coach Wallace (montclaircrosscountry@gmail.com) with the schedule, information list or from Darryl Lammin (dlammin@hotmail.com) please reach out to us as soon as possible.
