The workout for today is as follows
If you have consistently run the 4pm race on Tuesdays 35 minute run
If you have consistently run the 5:45pm race on Tuesdays 45 minute run
If you have consistently run varsity boys/girls race 60 minutes
Dynamics, drills, stretch, push ups and abs.
If you have been on injured reserved and have access to a bike or elliptical ride for approx 60 minutes dynamics stretch and ice the injured area
There is no practice tomorrow so make sure this workout is completed today.
