The first round of clearances has been posted. It can be found under the "Additional Information" tab. We ask that you please email montclaircrosscountry@gmail.com and not call the athletic office in reference to questions regarding clearances. The list will be updated approximately once a week.
Remember the first day of official practice will be on Monday August 11, 2014 at 8AM at Woodman Field. In order to participate in practice on August 11 your name must be on the clearance list. Hopefully everyone is going on 20-30 minute runs, push ups, squats and core work based on your fitness level.
For all who are participating in the preseason practices, there has been a location change for Saturday July 26, 2014. We will meet under the scoreboard at Brookdale Park by the track.
The remaining schedule for preseason will be emailed and posted on Friday for you to prepare for the following weeks.
