The clearance list has been posted; see tab on the right. If your name is not on the list please send an email to montclaircrosscountry@gmail.com and we inform you why you are not cleared. The first official practice will be held on August 20th, we will meet at woodman field at 7am on the track. Please make sure that you are getting rest, staying hydrated and eating properly this week as well as the weeks to come.
Below you will find our preseason schedule, any changes that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances will be posted on this blog as well as the facebook and twitter. Also, the athletic director is having a fall sports meeting at 5:30pm on Wednesday August 22nd in the auditorium at Montclair High School. There will be an info session with him and from there we will move to a classroom to discuss the season ahead and answer any questions you may have.
