There is no practice on Thursday
Each athlete competing on Friday will be excused from their 7th and 8th period class. Report to Midland Ave immediately after 6th period. The bus will leave at 1:05pm.
Race Times:
Freshman Boys: 2:15pm
JV Girls: 2:50pm
Varsity Boys: 3:20pm
Varsity Girls: 3:50pm
JV Boys: 4:25pm
There is no practice on Saturday, you are expected to go for a 40min-60min run before 1pm (lots of stretching).
IF YOU ARE DOING A WINTER SPORT TOMORROW IS THE LAST DAY TO HAND IN FORMS!!!!! DO NOT FORGET!!!!
