Updated Information (Impact Test and Cardiac Screening)

IMPACT TEST
For all individuals who have not completed an Impact test(good for two years) August 3rd and 4th at 9am in the MAC LAB (main building next to the cafeteria). Please print out the Impact Test permission slip and have that filled out before you report to the test.

CARDIAC SCREENING

Free Cardiac Screening from St. Barnabas.  They will be providing this service at Montclair High School on August 5^th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Main Cafeteria.

This is open to any MHS athletes.  You will find the permission slips that need to be filled out and they must contact MS. KIM COVELLO in the athletic office  to schedule an appointment.  She will also need the paperwork by July 31^st.
