Monday Workout

Mile warmup, leg swings, calf stretch, dynamics, drills(quick feet, a,b,high,butt). 

Varsity Runners- 50 minute run above talking pace

JV Runners- 40 minute run above talking pace

Freshman/Newbie Runners- 30 minute run above talking pace 

Drills again(quick feet, a,b,high,butt)
Abs, stretch
