All athletes who's name is on the list you will be excused from your 6th and 7th period classes. Please spread the word.

Essex County Championships

Bus will be leaving from Midland Avenue after 6th period. If your name is on the list you will be excused from your 7th and 8th period. If is your responsibility to pick up work that you will miss for these classes. As a team you are to wear your Montclair Cross Country gear to school. Be prepared with layers. Below are the times for each race.

Girls Junior Varsity 5000 meters 2:15 PM
Girls Varsity Championship 5000 meters 2:50 PM
Boys Junior Varsity 5000 meters 3:20 PM
Boys Varsity Championship 5000 meters 3:50 PM
Boys Freshmen 5000 meters 4:25 PM

Montclair will be camped out on the softball field near the track. Hope to see everyone there!!

Pasta Party

Pasta party tonight at 513 Grove St, 6:45-8, usual food assignments 

Attention Cross Country Athletes

Varsity athletes report to the field house immediately after school. JV and Frosh athletes you have off today. 

Here is your workout:

4 sets of this: 10 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, 20 squats, 20 lunges, 60 jumping jacks, 60 second plank. 

abs: 25 basic crunches, 25 bicycle crunches, 10 v-ups, 1 minute plank. Rest @ the end for 30 seconds, then repeat 6 times.

Make sure to stretch after

If anyone has money for T-shirt and senior gifts come see Coach Wallace in Room 206 immediately after school.

Tuesday Practice

There has been a change in the practice site. We will not travel to Garrett on Tuesday. Meet at Woodman Field immediately after school. 

Cross Country T-Shirts

Please bring in $15 by Wednesday to cover the donation for the XC Breast Cancer Awareness shirt we will wear as a team on Friday in school and at the Essex County Championships.

Saturday Practice

Meet on Midland Ave at 7am for practice. Bring water(2bottles) and a snack for the ride back home.
