Mile warmup, leg swings, calf stretch, dynamics, drills(quick feet, a,b,high,butt). 

Varsity Runners- 50 minute run above talking pace

JV Runners- 40 minute run above talking pace

Freshman/Newbie Runners- 30 minute run above talking pace 

Drills again(quick feet, a,b,high,butt)

Abs, stretch 

Important Information

9/1 There is no practice (workouts will be posted on Sunday Evening)

9/2 Practice will be at 8am we will meet at Woodman

9/3 Practice will be at 8am meet at Woodman Field

9/4 First day of school. Practice will be from 3-5 at Woodman Field. Please bring a combination lock for your lockers

9/6 INFORMATION MEETING for all parents and guardians 9am in the multipurpose room down at Woodman Field for all parents/guardians please attend this meeting we will be going over information for the season. Practice for the student athletes will be at 9am as well.  

Friday Practice

We will be going to Garrett Mountain tomorrow. Please bring water/Gatorade and a snack for after practice. Please meet at Woodman at 7:50am. We will plan to return to Woodman between 10-10:15am.

Thursday Practice

Meet at Woodman Field at 7:50am. We will be taking a trip to Branch Brook Park.  Practice will be over at approximately 10:15am. Please have a water/Gatorade and a snack with you for after practice.
