Update - Clearance List

Attention!!
The clearance list has been posted for the 2016 cross country season. If your name is on the list you are cleared for participation when the official season begins. If you have handed in paperwork and do not see you name on this list, please be patient, there will be another list posted sometime next week. If you have an inhaler or epic pen, you will need an emergency action plan and hand that into the nurse. Please do not call the athletic office inquiring about your paperwork. Brief Announcements

Hope all those who attended the first captain's practice learned a few things. For those who are in town and are available, it will be beneficial for you to go, meet your teammates and learn some of the routes before the official season begins.

All information on summer training, captains practice and fleet fee summer series can be found on the right tab in the "summer training and additional information heading"

Mandatory practice will begin on Monday, August 22, 2016 8am at Woodman Field

The schedule for the season will be posted as soon as its finalized.

Fleet Feet Summer Series

Day ONE of the Fleet Feet Summer Series taking place at Brookdale Park 6:30pm near the score board by the track. Wear your Montclair gear :see you then!

Preseason vs. Regular Season/Fleet Fleet Sumer Series

Please be aware the official regular season begins for the cross country team on Monday, August 22, 2016. Anything before this time is preseason. If you are waiting for the school year to report to practice you will be behind in training. 

Every Wednesday from 6-7pm during the month of July, Fleet Feet will be hosting a summer series at Brookdale Park. We will meet by the score board on the track and take part in the program. We encourage all individuals who are intending on competing in cross country (and others) to please represent and support at each session. Fleet Feet has been such a great supporter of the Montclair running program, we should show the same respect and be there to support them.

Impact Test Information

Impact Testing at the high school is over. ImPACT testing can be done at St. Barnabas please call 973-322-7913 to make an appointment. The fee is $15.00. Please tell them you are from Montclair High School.

2016 Cross Country Information

If you plan on doing XC or any other fall sport and you do not have a Primary Doctor, the School Doctor will be in TODAY June 13, 2016 from 4:30pm-6:30pm please be sure a parent or guardian is with you.

ALL FORMS can be handed in on June 16, 30 and the FINAL DAY is JULY 11th!!

Papers are to be handed in from 4pm-7pm in the LGI

Impact Testing for XC will be JUNE 21at 3pm.
