Thursday Practice

The list for athletes traveling to Holmdel for practice on 10-15-15 has been posted. If your name is not on the list you are to report to Woodman Field for practice. Please still be on time. If there are any questions please email Coach Wallace

Tuesday Practice

There has been a change in site for practice tomorrow. We will be traveling to Garrett Mountain. We plan to be back at approximately 5:30pm

Monday Practice Time Correction

There has been a change in practice time on Monday. The workout will begin at 7am. Please come dressed in layers have something to drink and be ready for the workout to begin at 7am. Be mindful this is not an optional practice, we expect the each athlete to be in attendance.

Invitationals on Saturday

Event list have been posted on the blog. Please be mindful of your bus times have layers and be prepared to compete!

For those not competing it is your responsibility to go for a 40 minute jog dynamics and drills on your own. 

Thursday Practice Site Change

The whole team will be traveling to Garrett Mountain for practice tomorrow (10/8) bus will be pulling off at 2:55pm. We will aim to get back to Midland at around 5:30pm. Please plan accordingly. 

SEC CHAMPIONSHIPS

The lineup for the has been posted. Lineup is subject to change. If you have been consistent in practice and competition you will represent Montclair at the Super Essex County Conference Championship on Tuesday October 6, 2015.

You are to report to Midland Ave AFTER 6th period. There will be a list emailed to teachers informing them of athletes who will be competing tomorrow. It is your responsibility to speak with your teacher and pick up any work you will miss from your 7th and 8th period classes. 

Please come with layers and in the uniform provided. Let's prepare ourselves to compete at the highest level and represent the Montclair Cross Country team to the best of our ability.

Meets this Weekend

There have been changes to the event list for this weekend. Brett Taylor and Shore Coaches information has been posted under "Event List/Results." There has also been a correction in the site for the Brett Taylor Invitational, it will be held at Darlington Park, NOT Garrett Mountain.

For those not competing there is no practice at 7am tomorrow. Go for a 35 minute run Saturday, dynamics and drills.
