Reminders for the Week

Saturday September 5, 2015 Spike Rodeo at Fleet Feet from 11am-3pm on the corner of Bloomfield Ave and Midland Ave

Parent Meeting will be held in Tuesday September 8, 2015 at 6pm in the multipurpose room at Woodman Field 

Wednesday September 9, 2015 first meet of the season Branch Brook Park at 4 pm. All competing with leave from Midland Ave on the bus immediately after school.

We will not have practice on Friday September 4, 2015. Check back in the morning for your workout for this holiday weekend. 

Stay hydrated, have fun and be safe! 

Holmdel (Thursday)

We will be meeting at 7am on Midland Avenue(on the side of the main building) to travel to Holmdel. We plan on being back home before 11am. Please be sure to eat a good breakfast. Have water and Gatorade and a snack to eat on the way back home. 

Spike Rodeo!!!

Fleet Feet will be hosting a SPIKE RODEO on Saturday September 5, 2015 from 11am-3pm,. Their establishment is located on the corner of Bloomfield Avenue and Midland Avenue. When you go let them know you are part of the Montclair Cross Country team and you will receive discounts!
