Cross Country Practice Information

The first practice will be held on Monday August 17, 2015 at 8am. We will meet at Woodman Field (22 Essex Ave). During the summer months practice will be Monday-Friday. 

Practices on Saturdays will begin when school begins. 

If paperwork has been handed into the athletic office between July 28th and August 12th you should be cleared by Tuesday the latest. 

An updated list will be posted as soon as it is sent out.

Please do not call the athletic office inquiring about what you are missing. Please send Coach Wallace an email.

New Clearance List

A new clearance list has been posted. If you do not see your name please email Coach Wallace. If your paperwork was handed in between July 28th and August 12 the next clearance list should be posted on Monday and you should be cleared by Tuesday the latest.

Impact Test

There will be an impact test on Wednesday August 12, 2015 9am in the MAC lab located in the main building. Please print out the permission slip form and have that filled out before you come to the impact test 

Captains Practice

Practice has been postponed to Wednesday  at 8am. 

Practices for the Week of August 10th

If your name is on the clearance list beginning this week, you are allowed to participate in practice. If your name is not on the clearance you cannot participate in practice in any capacity until your name is on the clearance list.  Please do not call the athletic office inquiring what is missing. Send an email to montclaircrosscountry@gmail.com . If you turned in your health forms after July 29, you will not be cleared until after August 12th. As soon as we receive the updated list we will make the necessary changes to the list on the blog. 

This week practice will be held on Tuesday and Thursday at 8am at Woodman Field. 

The official practices for the cross country team begin next Monday August 17, 2015 at 8am meeting at Woodman Field.

Updated Clearance List

An updated list has been posted. 

Keep in mind if you handed in forms after July 28th, you will not be cleared until after August 12th or thereafter. 

Final Impact test

There will be one final impact test today 10:45am in the MAC lab main building. Please bring the permission slip with you.
