Here We Go!

Today was the first captains practice of the season. Looking forward to seeing the number to continue to grow as the summer progresses.

For those who are not able to attend due to time constraints, vacations or work, regardless of level, email Coach Wallace (montclaircrosscountry@gmail.com) letting her know so information can be shared with you.

Here are some helpful hints to get in running shape and you are prepared for the first day of practice.

For two weeks starting today go on 20-30 minute runs 3-4 times a week. Preferably on trails or grass. Stretch well and do push-ups squats and core work.

If you can make it out to a few captains practices please come. We will be going over the team warmup, drills and stretches that are helpful along with an opportunity to meet your teammates.
