There will be study hall in the LGI tomorrow after school. Practice will conclude at 5pm.

Sunday Workout
The workout for today is as follows
If you have consistently run the 4pm race on Tuesdays 35 minute run
If you have consistently run the 5:45pm race on Tuesdays 45 minute run
If you have consistently run varsity boys/girls race 60 minutes
Dynamics, drills, stretch, push ups and abs.
If you have been on injured reserved and have access to a bike or elliptical ride for approx 60 minutes dynamics stretch and ice the injured area
There is no practice tomorrow so make sure this workout is completed today.

Garrett Invitational and Results
Friday practice will conclude at 4:30pm.
The event list for the Garrett Invitational (Saturday October 11, 2014) has been posted. Bus will leave from Midland Ave on Saturday at 7:30am. Please be on time. Have your rain gear handy!!

Announcements
Varsity Girls finish 1st in the American Division League Championships
Varsity Boys finish 3rd in the American Division League Championshp
Freshman and JV competitors had excellent results as well.

SEC Championships
Good Evening,
Tomorrow we will be competing in the Super Essex County Championships at Branch Brook Park. The event list has been posted for tomorrow. For those individuals who will be competing tomorrow in the 3:00pm, 3:20pm, and 3:40pm race you have been excused from your 8th period class. Please meet on Midland Ave immediately after 7th period. For those individuals running the 4:40pm race and all individuals not competing please meet on Midland Ave immediately after school. If you have a conflict with a class and are not sure if you can leave early for the meet please email Coach Wallace so she can be informed. The entire team should be in attendance wearing their white XC t-shirt and layers. We are also taking team pictures tomorrow at the championships.

Since practice was canceled for today please make sure you go on a run tomorrow.
Workout to do at home today:
5 Sets:
- 20 jumping jacks
- 1 min planks
- 20 push-ups
- 1 min plank
- 20 lunges (each leg)
- 1 minute plank.

Practice will be held at Woodman on Friday.
There has been a change for Saturday. We will not be attending the meet. We will have practice at Woodman at 10am.
