A new clearance list has been posted if your name is in red remember you have not been cleared for participation. If you have any questions or concerns about what you are missing please send an email.

Please be mindful that the roster will be closing on Friday August 22, 2014.  

Friday Practice

Friday August 15, 2014 we will be meeting a little earlier for practice. Please report to Woodman at 7:30am. See you all tomorrow.

WEDNESDAY PRACTICE

Practice on Wednesday August 13, 2014 will be held at 6pm. We will meet at Brookdale Park near the track by the scoreboard. Please let your teammates know.  

First day of practice

The first official practice is tomorrow August 11,2014. We will meet at Woodman Field at 8am. See you there.

First Day of Practice

The clearance list has been updated, and any name that is BOLD you are NOT cleared for the first day of practice. For any individual who turned in paperwork after July 18th, you will not be cleared until August 13, 2014 at the earliest.

 If your name is not is bold you are cleared. 

If you are missing an IMPACT test there will be another test administered on Monday morning, keep an eye out on the blog for the updated place and time.

Clearance List and Updates

A new clearance list has been posted. Any junior who has not taken the IMPACT test in the past two years or a new athlete you must take the IMPACT test on August 4th or 5th to Room 3 in the main building at 9am. It is on a first come first serve basis.

If you have handed in your forms and your name is not on the list please send an email.

In the event you have not purchased a proper pair of trainers please stop by Fleet Feet to be fit for an appropriate running shoe. Let them know you are part of the Montclair High School Cross Country team.
